A Weather Report from Sylvania, OH

 Look what we got here in Sylvania, Ohio!! Course, this happened earlier this month. Doesn't the lilac tree look lovely, like a fairyland tree. Can you see the rabbit tracks to the left of the tree?

I always look at the post on my back porch to see how much snow we get. This was 3", the most we got in one snowfall. I think we got 15-16" total the whole winter.  Notice the rabbit tracks under the
step railing.
I like a snow that is heavy enough to cover all the bare ground, all the brown. People will call me when we have a measurable amount of snow to be sure I'm ok and will ask if I need anything.......one of the
perks of white hair and age in the 70's, creeping towards the 80's. I tell them, "Got a freezer full of food, 3 boxes of wine, lots of books to read, yarn to knit and movies to watch".
So..............LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW!!
